Our sourdough breads and buns are made with only flour, water, salt and our 5-year-old starter. Sourdough is a healthier option for bread because it is dairy and sugar-free.
Belgian Chocolates
Normally we would say "life is like a box of chocolates, you never know what you're gonna get", but at Elieneke's bakeshop we know exactly what is in all our chocolates. Our chocolates are handmade with Belgian chocolate and without the use of artificial flavours or preservatives. Available from Halloween to Easter.
Pastries & Macarons
All our pastries are made fresh and from scratch. Macarons are made in-store and without any artificial flavourings. Any pastry is a perfect addition to a cup of De Herdt gardens coffee!
Specialty Cakes
Our cakes are made fresh to order, from scratch and without any artificial flavours. Decorations can be made with fondant, icing or chocolate.
Events
Together with De Herdt gardens, we have had the opportunity to host many events such as weddings, bridal showers, birthday parties, group get-togethers etc. All catering is done by Elieneke’s bakeshop. Please contact us if you are interested in celebrating with us.
